    Joanne helped us with the purchase of our first home after renting in Andover for a year. After meeting Joanne she helped us look for a new home for over 6 months and was very patient throughout our search. As first time homebuyers we had a lot of questions and Joanne was always responsive and informative in answering those questions. She is very familiar with the area and knowledgeable about the market. Joanne was flexible in meeting with us, often showing us homes and condos in the evening due to our work schedules. After finding a home that we wanted to make an offer on, Joanne helped in coordinating and writing our offer. Our first and only offer was accepted and Joanne helped in making the closing process smooth. She even helped in negotiating the purchase price during closing. We could not be happier with our first home and would recommend Joanne to any other homebuyer without hesitation!

    Joanne was my realtor for two transactions within 6 months! First, I bought probably the least expensive condo in Andover ($120K) and Joanne treated me like it was a million dollar purchase. Joanne always called or texted me back immediately and she had everything properly squared away for a smooth closing! After purchasing that proprty, I told Joanne I was looking for another investment propery. Joanne signed me up for her nightly "new listing" email. I anxioulsy waited for that daily email looking for my next investment. One day, before I could review that nightly email, Joanne contacted me about another property that met my parameters. Unfortunately, I had a planned business trip the next day and I could not go to the planned Open House. Joanne was successful in getting me to view the property the day that it came on the market.     Joanne helped my family and I greatly. We moved from the DC area and had very little time to coordinate and actually spend in the Boston area. Over the span of a month, Joanne sent at least one email a day that let us know of new houses that came on the market. When we were able to come to the Boston area, Joanne had three days set-up of house showings, one after the other. We spent from breakfast until dinner each day looking at house, sometimes multiple times. Joanne was able to find a house that we were looking for based on our needs, and sort through houses and locations that she knew would not work for us, even before meeting. After we made an offer, she was able to coordinate everything else that was needed and I only needed to come to the house one other time.
